On foot or by bike, exploring the territory and its many paths is always an adventure. Worn by the municipalities of La Chaise-Dieu, Allègre, Saint-Paulien and Le Puy-en-Velay, in connection with the Agglomeration Community and the Tourist Office, the La Chaise-Dieu / Le Puy hike in 3 days was born !
From La Chaise-Dieu to Puy-en-Velay, the Communauté d’agglomeration offers a 3-step hiking trail that will introduce you to the region’s great tourist totems. This route which crosses the agglomeration is proposed in formula hiking but also in bicycle version.

with the “CDRP”
In partnership with the Departmental Committee for Hiking (CDRP), hiking cards will be published for each of the 3 stages of the course : La Chaise-Dieu / Allègre, Allègre / Saint-Paulien, Saint-Paulien / Le Puy-en-Velay . They will be available during the summer of 2018.
By bus to La Chaise-Dieu
Thanks to a close collaboration with the SNCF, a special rate will be applied to join La Chaise-Dieu, since Le Puy-en-Velay. With the price “Illico”, two solutions are available for your hike : you leave Le Puy-en-Velay on foot and you come back by bus or you go by bus and join La Chaise-Dieu to then make the route and return in Puy-en-Velay.
