Shooting sports are not widely known, but they help develop self-mastery and concentration, and involve lots of fun as you try to improve on your results. At Beaulieu, you can enjoy a warm, friendly welcome with high-quality facilities that are unique in France.

At Beaulieu you can enjoy shooting sports in an indoor range with national-level facilities.
The activities include shooting with rifles or air guns, from 10 m (40 lanes), 25 m (15 lanes) and 50 m (15 lanes).
The equipment is available at the centre and shooting is supervised by qualified instructors, who are champions in their disciplines.

The Beaulieu Emblavez shooting sports club is ranked 2nd nationally, and the exceptional results of our competitors have made Emblavez and the Haute-Loire region known all over the world. Laurence Brize, for instance, has taken part in the Olympic Games on four occasions.

As well as a high level in shooting sports, the club emphasises a warm, friendly welcome.

The shooting ranges attract a large percentage of women (32%). We also go out of our way to welcome people with disabilities. The centre has the “Tourism and Disability” label for visual and motor disabilities, but the equipment is adapted to all disabilities (adapted wheelchairs and toilets, access by lift to the upstairs area and to the 25 and 50 m shooting range, etc.).

New: weights room, group lessons, supervision by qualified instructors (DESJEPS) in the same building.

"Come and try your hand at shooting sports in a unique location in France. In this national shooting sports centre we have opted for renewable energies. With the help of volunteers, we go out of our way to ensure visitors have an enjoyable experience as they try out an activity combining safety, respect, self-mastery, concentration and fun. A friendly atmosphere is always guaranteed at the Beaulieu shooting sports centre.
Ecologically friendly: renewable energies, highlighting the heritage of the Haute-Loire region..."

Tourism & Disability:

The centre has the French “Tourisme & Handicap” label for motor disabilities, but the equipment is adapted to all disabilities. The staff are all trained and qualified (Handisport Diploma - module A). 2 adapted wheelchairs are available. There is a lift giving access to upstairs areas with 25 and 50 m firing ranges, and to adapted toilets in the basement.
