At Le Repos du Pèlerin, all dishes are "homemade" with seasonal products purchased from producers in Haute-Loire who work either organically or in peasant agriculture for our well-being and that of our planet. In this restaurant, good (for the senses), clean (for respect for the environment) and fair (fair prices for the producer and the consumer) are our motto.
