Originally from the United States, Florence and Robert Charter brought all of Colorado and Wyoming into the Silver Dollar, a restaurant with a typically American atmosphere and cuisine.
With a deep love for the United States, Florence has made it her mission to introduce people to “real American cuisine A cuisine that is not confined, contrary to popular belief, to “hamburgers.” The latter are of course on the Silver Dollar menu in an opulent form and of high taste quality since they are only made with black angus beef and artisan burger buns. Burgers are featured on the menu alongside other “good cooked dishes” with Tex-Mex or steakhouse influences. Quality is at the heart of the dishes, with exceptional local products, including black angus beef (from a breeder in the region), “an extremely tender meat, one of the most consumed” on American soil. Various products such as groceries, cowboy hats, jewelry, bags, etc. from small producers imported directly from the USA will also be offered.
The Silver Dollar in no way resembles “a fast food restaurant” The Silver Dollar .c is an authentic small and cozy restaurant of American standard with a country atmosphere which wishes to immerse customers in the American atmosphere and invites them to savor the experience.
