All levels of ability can enjoy the five orientation trails in the Emblavez region.
Leaving from Roche-en-Régnier, this is an ideal trail for exploring the medieval town with your family and having fun. A second trail with a hiking-orientation format also starts from the town centre. Three others, two easy (one long trail) and one more difficult one, run through the Miaune Forest.
