DAY 1 : Le Puy-en-Velay, Marian site
Arrival early afternoon in Le Puy-en-Velay.

Afternoon :
• Your group will be welcomed by a guide from the Pays d'art et d'histoire,
departure for the pedestrian tour of the city of Le Puy-en-Velay. Visit of Notre Dame du Puy Cathedral, a masterpiece of Romanesque art, classed UNESCO world heritage due to its position at the start of the Santiago de Compostela way.
• Visit of the Cloister.
• Installation in your hotel and dinner.

At dusk :
• Pedestrian tour "Puy de Lumières" show, 7 major sites of the city are the natural screen of luminous scenography.
In 2021, the Puy des Lumières show will take place in May and June : on Fridays and Saturdays.
Then every night from 1st July 1 to 11th September.
Approximate duration : 1h30.


DAY 2 : Saint-Joseph, Saint-Michael and Saint-James :

Morning :
• Your group will be welcomed by a guide at your hotel.
• Departure for Espaly-Saint-Marcel and visit of the sactuary of Saint-Joseph.
• Lunch in a restaurant.

Afternoon :
• Visit of the rock and the chapel of Saint-Michael in Aiguilhe.
• Then visit of the Camino, museum on the way of Santiago de Compostela.
"Pot du pélerin" (pilgrim glass)
• Free time
• Dinner and night in your hotel.


DAY 3 : Pilgrimage on the way to Santiago de Compostela

From 7h00 :
• Pilgrim mass at the cathedral Notre-Dame du Puy.
• Departure for a walk on the way to Santiago de Compostela.
(9 or 17 kilometers according to your level of hiking).
• Picnic.
• Shuttle.

Afternoon :
• Return to your area.
